The Rotary Club of Frankston were very pleased to recently present Frankston Hospital with an ultrasound machine for their antenatal unit.
With the hospital seeing more than 450 expectant mothers per week and delivering more than 3,000 babies every year, the machine has proven to be a much-needed piece of equipment in meeting the needs of the Frankston area.
The club's $20,000 contribution was our major community contribution for the 2016-17 financial year and was made as part of the "Rotary Serving Humanity" theme under the leadership of President Kevin Wallis.
